why personal training? personal training with rebecca means that you get the most out of your time training with an expert. attention is spent on all areas to motivate you to achieve your goals, whether this is to run a marathon or to make sure you work out every week! each session is tailor made to the individual and their goals. rebecca also regonises that you have other commitments - work, family and holidays etc, and can adapt your sessions accordingly.

having trained and competed for many years, rebecca also knows and understands how it feels when you have a bad session or you just don’t feel like a work-out. she will use her experience as both a personal trainer and an athlete to encourage you in these situations. she firmly believes that sessions should be challenging, but fun and prides herself on achieving this balance
